Incremental Improvement Over Time

It’s been a while since I last posted. Life happens.

This week I decided I’d get back to writing. As I type this I’m starting the process to make Sourdough Panettone.

Earlier this week I had a memory pop up on my phone about a post I’d made when I started my bread making journey back in 2019.

I HAVE improved….

What a difference it makes to try, observing what happens, researching/learning, making incremental changes and then trying again.

My most recent bake

Four years later and a LOT of bakes I’m definitely more confident, skilled and consistent in my bread baking.

I have improved my ability to observe, connect cause to effect and consistently control variables.

Now to apply this to Sourdough Panettone…..
